Old changi hospital is an old abandoned hospital in Singapore, know as a haunted place.
It is famous for drug addicts, or teenagers who want some thrills to hang out at that place trying to see if they are lucky to be able to spot some “spirits”.
Being half torn down and abandoned place, many photographers intend to go there to take photos as well. It is not easy to find a worn out place such as OCH as Singapore is a developed country. So one day, my friend and I intend to go there to shoot some photos. Of course, we went during day time.
The Corridor
We took a cab from Changi Airport, to old change hospital. you shouldn’t take from change airport if you wanna go, take from simei instead. In the cab, I told the uncle “Uncle, old change hospital pls”.. he just keep quiet. Then I asked again “uncle, do u know how to go?”. *silence* I look at my friend and he looked at me.. oh well, he started driving so we assume he knows the way. However it turns out that he doesn’t know the way. He stopped near commando barracks and told us there’s no old hospital here. Thankfully, with the advance technology, Dan showed him the way with his GPS.
Upon reaching at the gate of Old Changi hospital, we walked in and the place really does look haunted. The walls are being scribbled with beautiful graffiti, broken chairs and untrimmed bushes around. There are even some joss sticks/ incense and candles around. I guess some people go there to pay respect. I hope they are not asking for 4D number for gambling instead.
There are few sections in OCH, the mortuary, the wards, the science lab. First few storeys have sun shinning into the rooms, thus it is not too errie. However, at the fourth/fifth floor, there’s water dripping and the rooms & wards are quite dark and it’s quite scary for me.
Overall, the place is quite sad as you can imagine there used to be nurses, doctors and patients walking around and of course many deaths have occured in the hospital.

When I went there with my friend, there wasn’t any guard around.. plus there are other groups of people there walking around as though it’s a tourism place.
